Virginia Attorney General Mark R. Herring got fundraising help this summer from fellow Democrat George Jepsen, the attorney general of Connecticut. Jepsen held a fundraiser in his home for Herring on July 26, soliciting money from Connecticut utilities, banks, pharmaceuticals and insurance companies, the Hartford Courant reported.
