District of Columbia – Brian Schwalb, partner-in-charge of the law firm Venable’s D.C. office, has emerged as the winner of the District’s Democratic primary election for AG. In a three-way race, Schwalb beat out attorneys Bruce V. Spiva and Ryan Jones. The race follows an earlier court ruling that another candidate, Kenyan McDuffie, was ineligible to run.
