- Katherine Robertson won the Republican runoff election for Alabama AG on Tuesday, June 16. Robertson received 76,825 votes (55.8%) defeating former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell.
- In Oklahoma, Jon Echols has won the Republican primary for AG, defeating Jeff Starling. Echols will face Democratic candidate Nick Coffey in the general election on November 3, 2026. Additionally, Oklahoma AG Gentner Drummond will face former Sen. Mike Mazzei in a runoff for the Republican nomination for governor on August 25, 2026.
- Brian Schwalb won the Democratic nomination for AG in the District of Columbia on June 16, 2026. AG Schwalb will face Republican Manuel Rivera in the general election on November 3, 2026.
