- The AGA fosters collaboration between member AG offices on emerging issues of nationwide importance such as cannabis regulation, sports betting, and cybercrime.
- AG Jackley was elected to a third (non-consecutive) term as South Dakota AG in 2022, and he previously served as U.S. Attorney for South Dakota.
