Kathy Jennings was elected AG in 2018. Prior to her election, she was Chief Administrative Officer of New Castle County, managing more than 1,500 employees and a budget of $284 million. Jennings previously served as Chief Deputy AG under former AG Charles Oberly, where she helped create Delaware’s Consumer Fraud Division.
