Prior to his appointment, AG Bailey served as Governor Mike Parson’s general counsel. Before joining the governor’s office, AG Bailey had served as a Missouri assistant AG, assistant prosecuting attorney for Warren County, and as general counsel for the Missouri Department of Corrections. AG Bailey also served in the United States Army and was awarded two Army Achievement Medals, an Army Commendation Medal, a Combat Action Badge, and two Bronze Star Medals for his service.
