- Massachusetts AG Andrea Joy Campbell resolved two separate matters with Dunkin’ Donuts LLC franchisees accused of violating Massachusetts child labor laws.
- According to the AG’s office, the franchisees allegedly employed minors before and after permissible hours, to work more than the maximum number of hours per day, and to work without a work permit.
- Under the terms of the settlement, the franchisees will collectively pay the AG’s office a total of $1.1 million in citations.
