- Kim Ahern has won the Democratic Primary for Rhode Island AG. Ahern is a former chairperson of the Cannabis Control Commission and special assistant AG under three Rhode Island AGs. She won 36% of the vote, according to unofficial results. Ahern defeated Keith Hoffman, who was endorsed by incumbent Peter Neronha and other primary candidates Rep. Joe Solomon Jr. and Rep. Jason Knight.
- Delaware AG Kathy Jennings won the Democratic primary for AG. She will be the incumbent in November’s general election. She won approximately 71% of the vote against ACLU of Delaware legal director Dwayne Bensing, who got 24% of the vote. Domestic violence survivor turned advocate Patty Rickman finished third. AG Jennings will face Republican David Graham in the November General Election.
