Michelle Henry was confirmed as Attorney General of Pennsylvania in March 2023, filling the mid-term vacancy created by then-AG Josh Shapiro’s election as Pennsylvania’s 48th governor. Prior to her appointment, AG Henry was Shapiro’s first deputy attorney general, and before that she served in a number of roles in the Bucks County DA’s office, including as Bucks County District Attorney since January 2008.
