- Nevada Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro has won the Democratic primary for AG, defeating State Treasurer Zach Conine, while Adriana Guzmán Fralick won the Republican nomination for AG in Nevada. The general election is held on November 3, 2026.
- Stephen Goldfinch and David Stumbo are advancing to a runoff election for South Carolina’s AG race to decide who will face Democratic candidate Richard Hricik. The runoff election will be held on June 23.
- Andy Wilson was sworn in as Ohio’s 52nd AG on June 8. Prior to his appointment, Wilson served as Director of the Ohio State Department of Public Safety and as a prosecutor in Clark County.
