- Cozen O’Connor congratulates the winners of 31 AG contests this year! At least 18 incumbent AGs will be returning: AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, FL, ID, IL, MD, MA, MN, NE, NM, NY, ND, VT, WI, and DC.
- Special congratulations to the 12 new AGs: AL, CO, GA, IA, MI, NV, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, and TX. We look forward to working with you!
- Kansas at this time remains too close to call, and we expect new AGs to be named by the legislature in Maine and the new governors in Alaska and Wyoming.
- We hope all our readers were able to follow in real time on our State AG Report elections page (powered by the Associated Press), where you can find the full vote tallies for all these races, and we invite you to do so again for the 2027 elections and beyond.
