Former Beau Biden aide to run for Delaware attorney general

A former U.S. marshal and chief of staff for the Delaware Department of Justice is running for state attorney general. Delaware State News reports that 67-year-old Tim Mullaney Sr. released a statement Thursday announcing his candidacy. Mullaney, a Democrat, will seek the seat being vacated by Matt Denn, also a Democrat, who announced in August he won't campaign for a second term.
