- The first order compels XCast to comply with a CID after XCast allegedly produced only a small fraction of the information sought by the FTC. The second order compels Deltracon to comply with another CID after Deltracon failed to respond or to provide any of the information sought by the FTC.
- The FTC stressed that CIDs “are not voluntary” and recipients are obligated to “promptly produce all required information.”
