- Texas AG Ken Paxton is investigating Lululemon USA Inc. over allegations that the company misled consumers about the safety of its products.
- The investigation will examine whether Lululemon’s athletic apparel contains per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) or “forever chemicals,” and the AG’s office will review the company’s restricted substances list, testing protocols, and supply chain practices.
- AG Paxton has previously sued PFAS manufacturers over concealment of the PFAS-caused harms.
