(Belleville News-Democrat) - The St. Clair County Democratic Central Committee has endorsed State Sen. Kwame Raoul,of Chicago, in the attorney general’s race. Rauol is one of eight Democrats and two Republicans seeking the office now that Madigan is not running for re-election.
