As the Supreme Court Leans on State Authority, Big Law Leans on State AG Practices

National Law Journal this week quoted Jerry Kilgore on the increasing tendency of the U.S. Supreme Court to push consumer protection enforcement back to the states and the impact this is having on how law firms are advising clients and staffing their firms. Jerry reiterates the importance of taking advice from lawyers who know state AGs and have worked in AG offices, given state AGs’ power to affect every business, their operations and how they deal with consumers.
