Joshua Diamond assumed the role of Acting Vermont Attorney General in June 2022 when then-AG TJ Donovan announced his intention not to stand for reelection, and to step down without completing his term to take up a position in private industry. Acting AG Diamond has served as Chief Deputy AG since his January 2017 appointment. Prior to joining the AG’s office Acting AG Diamond was in private practice with the law firm of Diamond & Robinson, P.C.
