Todd Rokita was elected as attorney general in 2020. From 2011 to 2019, Rokita served as U.S. Representative from Indiana’s 4th Congressional District. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2010, he was Indiana’s Secretary of State, having started work in the secretary of state’s office in 1997. An Indiana native from the northwest part of the state, AG Rokita worked in private practice for several years after he graduated law school.
