Catherine L. Hanaway was named as the next Attorney General of Missouri by Governor Mike Kehoe to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of AG Andrew Bailey to be the co-deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She is the first woman to hold the position in state history. Before leading the firm as the first woman chair, she served as Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives. She also previously served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri.
